How to Find Ladies Shoes at Discounted Prices

The other day we had some friends over for dinner.  As it is customary in our home, everyone took off their shoes at the front door. The night went on and I happened to notice some darling ballet flats that were neatly placed next to the door. I waited until it was time to leave to see which one of my friends they belonged to.  When I found out who wore those shoes, I asked her where she bought them.  She smiled and her eyes got bright, “Target,” she said.  But what was more exciting to her was the fact that she bought them on sale for only $10.  I was surprised to know that a place like Target could have ladies shoes that were so cute, let alone so cheap.

There is a paradigm in the fashion world that makes people believe that you have to spend a lot of money in order to get name brand ladies shoes. Many also believe, “The more I pay, the better the quality”.  It’s not impossible to find women’s shoes that are fashionable and cheap.  It just takes a little work and a lot of patience.

So you are saying to yourself, “Come on and tell me where I can get those deals”, right?  Before I answer, you need to ask yourself one thing, “Would you be willing to wear a shoe that looked fabulous but wasn’t name brand?”  If the answer is yes, then you have a lot of options and less work.  Target for me, is the “diamond in the rough”.  They have a wide variety of ladies shoes including; ladies dress shoes, flats, leather shoes, pumps, ladies boots and casual shoes just to name a few.  Another place to find the latest styles (non name brand) for cheap is Payless Shoes.

For those who have to wear ladies designer shoes, here are some options.  If you prefer Steve Madden or Clarks shoes, Nordstrom has half yearly sales where discounts can be up to 50% off.  Most major department stores have good sales during Christmas and at the start of the school year.  Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshalls offer name brand shoes that are discounted.  Here’s where the work and patience comes in.  You have to go often to find what you want. These stores don’t carry the same shoe in all sizes or colors.  They might have ladies shoes you like, but not in your size. Basically, what you see is what you get. The upside is that the savings are huge when you find the perfect shoe there.

The last place to get good deals is online.  Online shoe shopping offers more choices for your needs all while in the comfort of your home.  No more driving around town wasting time and money. If you need large or wide shoes, online shopping will give you a better selection.  It is very easy to find cheap ladies shoes online. A quick search will help you locate the perfect ladies shoes at the perfect price.
